We support companies in conducting internal proceedings to investigate corporate policy violations (compliance) or violations of production procedures, which are usually initiated as a result of received anonymous whistleblower reports or information obtained by the client’s management from another source.

In particular, we provide services in the following scope, in close cooperation with the client’s senior management and / or an in-house lawyer:

	analysis of the collected information on the alleged infringement and its legal classification
	assistance in establishing an action plan to establish the facts of the case and identify those responsible, as well as to protect the whistleblower
	organization and collection of evidence, including interviews with individuals who may have knowledge of the circumstances of the case, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality
	ongoing communication with the client and preparation of a report on the investigation
	legal assessment of conclusions resulting from the conducted investigation
	recommendations and advice on decisions regarding remedial actions aimed at eliminating the identified irregularities, punishing the guilty and introducing actions to prevent violations in the future
	legal assistance in implementing the agreed measures.
