History

Miller Canfield in Poland was incorporated in 1992 when it established its first office in Gdansk. In 1993 the firm opened its office in Warsaw, which has the largest number of lawyers, and in 1996 the firm opened an office in Katowice, which was relocated to Wroclaw in 2005.

 

The firm provides legal services to business entities conducting economic activity in Poland, foreign and Polish companies and Polish and European public institutions. The firm provides legal advisory services in all aspects of business and public law.

 

Miller Canfield’s Polish offices successfully combine its expertise in the Polish legal, economic and cultural milieu with the expertise in international business legal services of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. headquartered in Detroit, established over 150 years ago, with which the firm co-operates and draws on for its vast experience in various areas of business law.
