Małgorzata Fituch is a licensed attorney (adwokat) in the firm’s Wrocław office and a member of the Wrocław Bar Association. She graduated from the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy. She is also a graduate from the University of South Wales, Great Britain with an LL.M degree. She obtained a certificate of French and European Commercial Law as a part of the course organized by the Université Paris Dauphine and the University of Wrocław. In 2019, she completed the Summer School on Intellectual Property organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Anglo-American University in Prague. She also completed other courses organized by WIPO, including Intellectual Property Management and Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indication. She has gained legal experience in Polish and British law firms. Małgorzata is currently a student of Law and Technology (LL.M) program at Tilburg University. Her professional practice covers matters related to broadly-defined civil and business law, as well as intellectual property, European Union, labor and administrative law. She speaks English fluently and has a communicative command of French and Spanish.
