Dr. Justyna Regan (Balcarczyk) is an attorney licensed in Poland (radca prawny) and in Illinois, and senior attorney in the firm’s Chicago office.  Travelling between Poland and the USA, she is connected with the offices in Wrocław and Chicago. Justyna specializes in international transactions, advising clients on all aspects of their business activities.  In particular, she concentrates on Polish companies carrying on their business in the United States and trying to enter the U.S. market, as well as on global businesses operating in Europe generally, especially Poland, and those interested in pursuing further greenfield investments, joint ventures, and trade with Poland.
