Piotr Rusin

Piotr Rusin is a licensed legal advisor (radca prawny) in the firm’s Warsaw office. He graduated with distinction from the Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration, in 2007. In the same year he also obtained a degree at the Centre for American Law Studies organized by Florida University, Levin College of Law.

He specializes in real estate law (with a focus on financing investment projects), in banking and financial law as well as Corporate law. His extended experience includes advising Polish and foreign investors on every stage of the investment process (drawing up the structure of implementation of the projects, purchasing real estates, their financing and commercialization).

Piotr Rusin, while dealing with banking and financial law issues for many years, advises banks, financial institutions and other entities supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (including FinTech entities). He also has experience in creating and implementing corporate governance and compliance procedures. His practice also includes advising and representing supervised entities in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. In addition, Piotr Rusin also prepares and conducts training courses for bank managers and employees.

In his practice, Piotr Rusin also deals with issues related to corporate services for companies, starting with the selection of the right form and establishment of the company, through ongoing legal services, and in the event of termination of operations – in carrying out liquidation processes. It also advises clients on the restructuring of their liabilities

He is fluent in English, and also speaks German to a communicative degree.
