Paweł Stanclik is a legal advisor and a qualified restructuring advisor, of counsel in the Warsaw office of Miller Canfield. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed the Finance for Managers studies.
Paweł Stanclik’s main areas of professional specialization include corporate law, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, as well as legal support for entrepreneurs during the investment process. His practice encompasses comprehensive legal advisory services at all stages of a company’s lifecycle – from structuring business ventures and securing financing, through supporting the company’s growth phase, to effective business exit strategies or safe closure of operations.
In the field of restructuring and insolvency, he advises on some of the largest projects carried out on the Polish market, representing both procedural bodies and creditors, debtors, or insolvent entities. He actively supports entities from both the private and public sectors. Thanks to his experience in implementing innovative business solutions, securing financing, and commercializing new technologies, he successfully combines legal advisory with the practical aspects of business operations.
As part of his ongoing practice, he assists clients in negotiations with financial institutions, advises on the selection of optimal organizational structures, and implements mechanisms to safeguard business activities. Notably, he was the first restructuring advisor appointed by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to serve as the liquidator of an investment fund.
