Marcin Bodarski is a lawyer in the firm’s Warsaw office. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and a graduate of postgraduate studies in law and management in the fashion sector. He has gained professional experience in the private sector in, among others, financial services companies – audit, tax law and debt collection.

In his professional practice, he deals with real estate law, commercial company law and legal regulations on the protection of intellectual property rights. Marcin has experience in preparing legal opinions, draft contracts, as well as due diligence reports – analyses of the legal status of real estate. He has appeared before many public administration bodies in administrative proceedings in the field of obtaining public information, environmental information and certificates. He has command of the English language.

Marcin is dedicated to physical activities in his free time. He is passionate about sports, having coached tennis for many years, and is currently an active paddle player. Outside of sports, he is a fan of automobiles and the luxury goods market.
