Magdalena Pilarska is an attorney at law at the Miller Canfield office in Gdynia. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, as well as European Special Studies at the Faculty of Management of the Gdańsk University of Technology, regarding the economic and legal system of the European Union. She holds the renowned international Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certificate, confirming knowledge and practical skills in the application of privacy protection principles in commercial entities. Her professional practice focuses on issues in the area of personal data protection, including labor relations and marketing, and in the area of civil law, in particular consumer protection law and product liability. Magdalena Pilarska also handles office space lease agreements and represents clients in court proceedings. Within her specialization, she participates in M&A projects and related audits, including at the international level. She is fluent in English and also speaks Spanish.
