Karolina Niemirska-Fido graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the International Faculty of Comparative Law at the University of Strasbourg. She has also completed the Postgraduate Specialized Studies (DESS), under the auspices of the University of Poitiers, in French and European business law.

She is a qualified attorney-at-law in the firm’s Warsaw office. She specializes in real estate law, in commercial, civil and administrative law. She has many years of experience in real property law and the investment process, in particular in real property purchase and sale, in administrative and legal aspects of investment projects, development, and commercialization. She also advises on collaterals in property transactions and issues related to property restructuring.

She also deals in the legal aspects of hotel operations through application of various hotel management models, matters related to franchise and distribution and renewable energy issues, in particular, in the areas of administrative and legal conditions for locating renewable energy installations.

She has participated in transactions, covering all aspects of relevant areas of operations representing Polish or foreign investors, developers, or investment funds. She has advised on projects in many sectors of the market, including retail, warehouse and logistics, services, offices, hospitality, residential or infrastructure projects.

Taking advantage of her experience, she advises clients in a way that meets their specific needs, requirements and expectations.
