Jacek Choromański is an attorney at law and restructuring advisor in the Warsaw office. He graduated from the Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration, and from the Centre for American Law Studies co-organized by the Warsaw University and the Florida University, Levin College of Law.
Jacek Choromański specializes primarily in a public procurement law, a law related to defense and aerospace industry, as well as a real estate law, litigation and insolvency and restructuring law.
Within the practice of a real estate and construction law he provides legal assistance in sale and purchase transactions, conducting legal due diligence of a real estate, as well as provides assistance in all matters relating to construction contracts (including general construction contract and substitute investment contract), contracts for design works as well as for performing project managements services.
He provides legal assistance for domestic companies with respect to a participation in the international tenders, including tenders organized by international organizations (i.a. UN, NATO) and USG. He conducts trainings on legal aspects of participating in international procurements. He also provides a legal assistance in all regulatory matters concerning a delivery of goods to a military industry (trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance, obtaining licenses and concessions, confidential information protection), including delivery of goods on behalf of the US Army residing in Poland.
