Krzysztof Kałłaur is an attorney at law (adwokat) in the firm’s Warsaw office. For over 15 years he had been providing legal services to domestic and foreign entities from the real estate, construction, automotive, medical, IT and retail industries, as well as from the banking sector. Krzysztof Kałłaur specializes in real estate and issues connected with property development and investments. Moreover, Krzysztof Kałłaur has extensive experience in advising and representing clients at all stages of civil and administrative court proceedings, in particular in commercial and real estate disputes.

Representative experience:

• analyses of the legal status of the real properties (due diligence analyses), preparation and verification of the reports summarizing results of conducted analyses;
• legal support of the process of acquisition and development of the real properties, in particular preparation and negotiation of the agreements concerning acquisition of the legal titles to the real properties, verification of the possibilities and conditions of development of the real properties, supervising the process of obtaining the administrative decisions concerning development of the real properties;
• preparation and negotiations of the agreements regarding commercialization of the real properties, in particular lease agreements concerning office and commercial premises;
• legal advice and representation of the Clients in court proceedings in civil and commercial matters, in particular in disputes concerning acquisition of the real properties, construction disputes, matters concerning commercialization of the real properties, representation of the Clients in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings; legal advice and representation of the Clients in the disputes at the pre-court stage, in particular in conciliation attempts and mediations;
• representation of the Clients in the administrative and court administrative proceedings concerning issuance of the administrative decisions connected with the conducted investment process.
