Magdalena Olkiewicz-Borkowska is a licensed attorney (adwokat) in the firm’s Gdynia office. Magdalena conducted her studies at the University of Gdańsk under special supervision of Professor Władysław Rozwadowski. During her studies, she participated in the Seminar entitled “American English for Students of Law” at the Yale University, USA. She completed fall semester of LL.M. in International Intellectual Property Law under supervision of prof. G.B. Dinwoodie at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Technical University in Chicago, USA. In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw. Apart from her specialization in intellectual property law, Magdalena focuses her professional interests on civil law, administrative law, as well as international law, in particular including complex issues of cross-border character with a special emphasis on foreign investment, as well as international trade. She also deals with personal data protection issues. She is fluent in English.
